Today is 28 July 2026. Autumn is the region’s fair season and it is still ahead of you. The big spring festivals have already run, so those are 2027 applications — and the organisations that get booths are the ones that ask in the autumn, not the week before.
All three take vendor booths. One banner, one table kit, three parishes, one autumn.
These are also the only hard deadlines in the whole plan. Everything else can slip a week without cost. These cannot — when the booth list closes, it closes for a year.
Marked verified where dates, terms or contacts were published; needs a call where the event clearly exists but the detail was not online; 2027 cycle where the 2026 edition has already run.

A table with a banner and nothing to hand over is a wasted Saturday. Six things, and only six.
What the M-TOC does on site, what to bring (DD-214), the phone number, and the next three deployment dates. Back: the eight programmes in one line each. Print two thousand.
Name, phone, parish, branch. On paper is fine — captured is what matters.
Straight to the Get Help form, for the ones who will not stop to talk.
With the phone number readable at ten feet. Most people walk past; the number is the message.
Not a staffer. In a rural parish this is the whole difference — people talk to their own.
No pilot dashboard figures on anything printed. Not one flyer, not one handout.
