Hospitals, rural health clinics, medical, dental and mental-health providers, aging networks and VA clinics — with the referral detail the 8/18 meeting asked for: services, eligibility, referral process, scheduling, and whether a formal agreement is required.
Eight pilot parishes are worked now. All 64 Louisiana parishes are already carried in the system, so adding one later is an activation, not a rebuild.
